Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)
Every minute, on-the-minute, for as long as possible:
Minute One – 1×10-meter Sprint
Minute Two – 2×10-meter Shuttle Sprint
Minute Three – 3×10-meter Shuttle Sprint
Minute Four – 4×10-meter Shuttle Sprint

Continue in this manner until you fail to achieve the required number of shuttle sprints in the appropriate minute.
