Three rounds, each for maximum number of repetitions; rest exactly one minute between rounds:
Wall Ball @ 20/14-lbs.
Sumo Deadlift High-pull @ 75/55-lbs.
Box Jump, 20-inches
Push Press @ 75/55-lbs.
In this workout, athletes move from each of five stations after one minute. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.
