“I started the Get Fit for Holidays challenge just after joining One EW and wasn’t sure what to expect. Prior to joining, I was working out twice a week with a group of other moms, but wasn’t pushed in a way that kept me motivated. Once I started the 5am Fit classes I knew I found what was missing. I only lost 4 pounds during the challenge but lost 3% body fat and gained 1 pound of muscle. When I compared my before and after picture I was shocked to see such a difference. I have always put emphasis on the scale, but this challenge has opened my eyes to the fact that the scale is not a good measure of progress.

I still have a ways to go to reach my goal, but am motivated to continue this journey with an encouraging group of people (trainers and workout partners). ”

“I am so thankful I decided to participate in this challenge. With the meal plan, group accountability, and support through the knowledgeable team, I lost almost 4% body fat and 2.5 lbs, while also gaining 3 lbs of muscle. The biggest takeaway from this experience has been to “ just trust the process”. To let go of old ingrained mindsets and allow others to show you another way has been key in my fitness journey over the past few months.
