Perform all repetitions on one arm prior to switching sides
Complete as many repetitions as possible in 20 minutes:

50x Hand-release Push-up @ RPE 7-8
50x Box Jump @ RPE 7-8
50/40-cal Echo Bike @ RPE 7-8
50x Dumbbell Snatch @ RPE 7-8
