Perform all repetitions on one arm prior to switching sides
Five rounds, each for time:
20/15-cal Ski Erg @ RPE 5-6
20ea Lateral Medicine Ball Toss @ RPE 5-6
60-yard Lateral Shuffle + Sprint @ RPE 5-6
20x Slam Ball @ RPE 5-6
